Njangsang, scientifically known as Ricinodendron heudelotii is a unique seed commonly found in West and Central African countries. Njangsang is commonly used as a thickener and a flavoring spice in some African dishes. In Cameroon, Njangsang is used when cooking fish based dishes, Pepper Soup, and many other traditional delicacies.
